The Ant and the Dove
An ant went down to the river for a drink. She wasnt looking and fell into the river and was carried away by the running water. She thought she was going to drown. A Dove, sitting in a tree overhanging the water, saw what had happened and quickly dropped a leaf into the water near the ant. The ant climbed onto the leaf and floated safely to the river bank. As the ant sat under the tree, she saw a man lay a trap of twigs to catch the Dove. Knowing the Dove saved her life, the ant stung the man on the foot, making him yell in pain. The Dove heard the man and flew out of the tree to safety.
Even the animals know that "one good turn, deserves another".
